Nocna Warszawa is a free, open-source game. It collects no personal data, and it stores or shares none.
- No data collected. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind.
- No network. The game makes no network connections. On Android it doesn't ask for the internet permission at all.
- Saves stay on your device. Your settings and progress (złoty, respect, finished jobs) are kept in the game's own storage on your phone. They are never sent anywhere. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
- Permissions. On Android the game asks only for vibration, for its haptic feedback. It doesn't use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
- Children. The game is not aimed at children under 13 and knowingly collects nothing from anyone.
- Third parties. No data goes to any third party, because no data leaves your device.
The map comes from open data: OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and GUGiK (Poland's surveying office). That data is built into the game; nothing about you is used with it.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.

- Żadnych danych. Gra nie ma kont, logowania, analityki, reklam, raportów o błędach ani żadnego śledzenia.
- Bez internetu. Gra nie łączy się z siecią. Na Androidzie w ogóle nie prosi o dostęp do internetu.
- Zapis zostaje w telefonie. Ustawienia i postęp (złotówki, respekt, wykonane zlecenia) są zapisane w pamięci gry na Twoim telefonie i nigdzie nie są wysyłane. Odinstalowanie gry je usuwa.
- Uprawnienia. Na Androidzie gra prosi tylko o wibracje (do haptyki). Nie korzysta z lokalizacji, aparatu, mikrofonu, kontaktów ani plików.
- Dzieci. Gra nie jest przeznaczona dla dzieci poniżej 13 lat i od nikogo niczego nie zbiera.
- Podmioty trzecie. Żadne dane nie trafiają do nikogo, bo żadne nie opuszczają telefonu.
